Sandy Springs has it all… spacious blue skies, cool river waters and a welcoming environment located on Atlanta’s stylish North Side. We offer the ultimate in convenience, just minutes away from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and nearby MARTA rail and bus services.

Sandy Springs is one of Metro Atlanta’s most affluent residential communities and Georgia’s seventh largest city.  Our rolling hills combined with fine dining and upscale shopping, provides the perfect resting point for visitors. Sandy Springs is the center point for visiting all of Metro Atlanta or the North Georgia Mountains, and only minutes from Roswell, Marietta, Stone Mountain and downtown attractions.

Sandy Springs is known for its fantastic shopping, especially the exclusive shops at City Walk and Roswell Road Corridor. While out looking for that perfect item, be sure to notice our unique Town Turtles placed along street corners and shopping areas. These sculptures are replicas of the Eastern box turtle that is indigenous to the area.

The Williams-Payne House is the centerpiece of Sandy Springs and a showcase a1869 “plain style” farmhouse complete with period antiques.   The house is open for museum tours on Fridays and by appointment.  The Park and Garden Room are also available for special occasion rentals.

Over 20 miles of spacious recreation areas along the Chattahoochee River provide a way to cool down and refresh in summer. The river stays cool through summer and is filled with trout, bass and catfish. It is the perfect way to spend the day with the family to fish, picnic or kayak and enjoy Georgia’s great outdoors.

We hope to see you soon in Sandy Springs!
