AMTA's March Board of Directors Meeting will be hosted by the World of Coca-Cola located beside the Georgia Aquarium at Pemberton Place® in downtown Atlanta..  The meeting will be held in the Marketing offices in WOCC's parking deck located at 178 Ivan Allen Jr., Boulevard.  Follow directions below to the deck.  Once you enter the deck, the Marketing offices will be on your right, just to the right of the roll-up garage door.  Park around the corner on levels 1 or 2.  Knock on the Marketing offices door & someone will let you in.

Directions:
Southbound via I-75/85:
Exit 249C Williams St.
Turn right onto Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd.
Parking garage is on the left at the second traffic light.

Northbound via I-75/85:
Exit 249D Spring St./W. Peachtree St.
Turn right onto Spring St. ramp toward Centennial Olympic Park Dr.
Bear right onto Centennial Olympic Park Dr.
Take immediate left at traffic light onto Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd.
Parking garage is on the left at the first traffic light.

Eastbound or Westbound via I-20:
Exit I-75/85 North and follow Northbound via I-75/85 route

Parking:
Parking is available in the World of Coca-Cola parking garage for a fee of $10 per vehicle per day.  Bring your ticket & I will validate it to cover parking fee. The entrance is located at the stoplight on Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd. between Centennial Olympic Park Drive and Luckie Street.

AMTA General Membership Meeting

DATE: Wednesday, April 6, 2011
TIME: 9:30 a.m. – Networking; 10:00 a.m. – Meeting
LOCATION: Woodruff Arts Center/Memorial Arts Building/Centerspace
MEETING HOSTS: Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, High Museum of Art, and Alliance Theatre
PROGRAM/SPEAKER: Mr. Greg Torre; Division Director (Interim); Georgia Film, Music, and Digital Entertainment Office.  Mr. Torre will discuss the booming movie and film industry in Georgia.

Parking is available in the Woodruff Arts Center Garage for a discounted rate of only $3.00.  At the meeting you will receive a discount voucher and you will pay as you exit the garage.

After parking in the deck, take the parking deck elevator to Campus Level.  Take immediate left out of the elevator and another left to enter the Memorial Arts Building.  Once inside, take another left and follow the hallway around until you reach Centerspace.

After the meeting, enjoy a complimentary tour of one of the following: The High Museum of Art, the Alliance Theatre backstage area, or the Symphony Hall backstage area.  Tours will last approximately 30 minutes and will include steps.

From South Atlanta (85N)
Take I-85 North to exit 250 (10th Street/Georgia Tech). Turn Right onto 10th Street. Go to third light and turn Left onto Peachtree Street. Go to the fifth light and the Woodruff Arts Center is on the left corner of Peachtree and 15th Streets. Turn Left onto 15th Street and go 1 block. Turn Right onto Arts Center Way to enter the Woodruff Arts Center Garage on Right. 
From Northeast Atlanta (85S)
Take I-85 South to exit 84 (17th, 14th, and 10th Streets). Bear Right and take the 17th Street Exit. Turn Left over the bridge. Continue on 17th Street, Stay right, pass Spring Street and West Peachtree. Turn Right on Peachtree Street. Turn Right on 15th Street and go 1 block. Turn Right on Arts Center Way to enter the Woodruff Arts Center Garage on Right.
From Northwest Atlanta (75S)
Take I-75 South to Exit 249-D to North Avenue and Turn left onto North Avenue. Go across the bridge to the second light and turn Left onto West Peachtree Street (follow for several blocks). Turn Right onto 15th Street and go 1 block. Turn Left onto Arts Center Way to enter the Woodruff Arts Center Garage on the Right.
MARTA Directions
The Woodruff Arts Center is across the street from the Arts Center Station on the North-South or Northeast-South lines. Exit at Station N5 Arts Center Station, come up the elevators/escalators to top level and the Woodruff Arts Center will be directly across the street.

Tossed Out Treasures Tossed Out Treasures

Since 1992, The Sandy Springs Society has sponsored Tossed Out Treasures, the ultimate guilt-free shopping experience. Upscale treasures are donated each year by members of the Society and the community at large and include gently-used designer clothing and accessories, jewelry, antiques, home furnishings, books, garden supplies and more. The event begins with a preview party that is open to the public. For a minimal entry fee, collectors and shoppers can browse, enjoy refreshments and have first dibs on the thousands of treasures that await the savvy shopper. The best treasures often appear in the silent auction on the evening of the preview event. The sale location will be open to collect gently used items from members of the Society and the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning February 8, 2011 until March 17, 2011, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., and Monday, March 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information visit our facebook event.
