City of McDonough Wellness Program - Healthy Hearts Dance Classes 7:00 PM
 A volunteer, Mrs. Sara Ann Hightower, again will teach beginner classes in the historic Chafin Building on the McDonough Square. Instructions will include the fox trot, the waltz, the jitterbug, the shag, the rumba, and the cha-cha. Weather permitting, we hope to be able to hold some of the dates in the Square Park! Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Visit www.dancescapes.com for just a few of the wellness benefits of dancing.
