President’s Note
As we approach St. Patrick’s Day, I look at the good fortune that AMTA has brought me and the Clayton County CVB. It is through this wonderful organization that I have made contacts that would normally seem unimaginable. It is through these contacts that great partnerships have formed, new products have been put together and successful promotions have flourished.
I encourage all of our members to take advantage of the networking time before each general membership meeting to meet someone new and begin to formulate a plan to cross sell or promote in order to bring new business to your organization. Also, utilize the membership list and reach out to other members. Some of the finest ideas have come from a simple phone call or email.
From time to time I will highlight members that have taken advantage of their memberships so that each of us can see, by true example, how to fully take advantage of all that AMTA offers!
As always, if you have any suggestions to make AMTA a better organization please reach out and let me know.
Regards,
Beth Bailey, Clayton County CVB
